Currently, ZIMA Atelier does not have a physical boutique. However, orders can be placed through WhatsApp and Instagram. If you have any inquiries, feel free to message us on WhatsApp. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you with any questions.

At ZIMA Atelier, we do not offer custom designs. However, we can accommodate special requests to change the color of specific coats, depending on fabric availability. Additionally, certain coat styles can be personalized with a short name or initials engraved on the inside of the coat, available at an additional cost.

Orders can be picked up or delivered to you in person in Sofia, Bulgaria with a scheduled appointment.
If you are not able to come to an appointment in Sofia with us, we can ship worldwide via DHL Express from our atelier. Delivery is the next day within Europe and takes 1-3 working days for destinations outside the EU. Please be aware that duties and fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union.

If you are not able to meet for a scheduled appointment in Sofia, Bulgaria to collect your order in person, we can ship your order within 1-3 business days of purchase, pending availability of items and payment verification.

For an international order, DHL Express typically delivers within 1-2 days to EU countries, with an average shipping cost of €80. For any destinations outside the EU, shipping costs may vary by country. We accept payments by bank transfer in BGN, USD and Euro. We can also accept payments by Link Payment.

Our collection is subject to availability, as we meticulously curate the finest Italian fabrics to craft each unique coat. Due to the limited quantity of fabrics, once a particular fabric is depleted, it is no longer available in our collection. Additionally, only a small number of coats are made by color and style, ensuring that every piece you acquire from us is a true limited edition.

Due to hygiene reasons and to ensure the integrity of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any fur items. All sales are final, with no refunds.

Exchanges on coats are only accepted in the rare case of an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a damaged/faulty product. We meticulously inspect each piece before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards, minimizing the chance of any mistakes.
